About Us

In 2011 my family and I travelled to Spain for the very first time.  Our destination city was the capital, Madrid.  It was an incredible experience and we vowed to return.  From 2012 to 2017 we returned to Spain on eight separate holidays further extending our cities which included Barcelona, Valencia, Rioja region, Bilbao, San Sebastian, Sevilla, Granada, Cordoba, Jerez, Cadiz, Marbella, Mallorca, and Málaga.  It wasn’t until our holiday in Málaga in the summer of 2016 that our destiny forever changed.  We were so impressed with Málaga in terms of safety, cuisine, sights, beaches, and it’s international airport that literally links you to the rest of the world.  We decided to purchase our second home and picked Málaga as our destination.  In 2017 we purchased our first apartment in the historic centre, and since then we embarked on another project of four additional apartments.

Why did we establish Picasso City Centre Apartments?
Our purchase in Málaga contained a contract with a property management company. I felt this was ideal as I could have someone look after the property while we were away. The added benefit of generating rental income was a bonus. As we began to use the apartment personally, each time we returned to Málaga, we noticed a few details which were not up to anyone’s standards. Scuffed walls, stained stove tops, mildew showers, old linens, missing glasses, and cracked dishes to name a few. The attention to detail was unacceptable. Our holiday in Málaga ended up being a thorough cleaning on the first day, bringing the apartment back to an acceptable standard.

As a business owner back home, I understand the importance of growing revenue, managing expenses, making payroll, maintaining a competitive advantage over my competitors, providing an exceptional client experience, and ensuring longevity as the key to long term success. It didn’t take long for me to realize I had to take control of my property or run the risk of deteriorating it’s long-term value. After all, ensuring an investment not only generates income but will appreciate in value over time is what we all want in an investment right?

The goal of Picasso City Centre Apartments is to grow my apartment’s investment value over time. This can be achieved by generating consistent and growing revenues, managing the day-to-day operations, and providing an unprecedented client experience for guests. By partnering with other like-minded property owners, my goal is to assist them in working towards achieving the same investment value experience.

Our fee structure is fully transparent, with no hidden fees. You will know exactly what you get for what you are paying. You will be educated on all costs associated with operating the property including partner commissions, platform fees, cleaning fees, and personal greeter fees
